FloatingActions is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, track, or transmit any of your personal information or browsing data. The extension does not have a server-side component, meaning all its operations occur locally on your computer.

2. How We Use Permissions

The permissions requested by FloatingActions are used solely to enable its functionality:

• Storage: Used to save cloned actions, form states, recorded workflows, physical keyboard shortcuts, names, panel settings, and preferences in chrome.storage.local. This data stays in your browser profile and is never sent to us.
• Side Panel: Used to provide the native Chrome side panel interface.
• Tabs: Used to identify the active tab and exchange messages with its content script when you use the extension.
• Page access: The content script lets you select supported page controls, capture actions, and replay saved actions on websites where the extension has access. It runs locally and does not upload page content.

3. Your Data Belongs to You

All configurations, cloned buttons, form states, recorded workflows, and keyboard shortcuts are managed through chrome.storage.local. The extension does not synchronize this data to our servers or to an external account, and at no point do we have access to it.

You have full control to export, import, or delete this data at any time using the controls within the extension's popup menu.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy in the future. Any changes will be reflected in a new version of the extension, and we encourage you to review this policy periodically.
